Herbaceous perennial up to 50 cm high. Violet-blue, numerous flowers in dense inflorescences. Photophilous, does not tolerate cold and dampness. Prefers light, not too poor in nutrients sandy soil. Sow in March-April in greenhouses. Planting in open ground after the end of spring night frosts in late May, early June, keeping a distance of 15-25 cm between plants. Flowering begins in July and continues until early September. For decorating gardens, vases and balconies, as a border plant.
